Overview


The Huayu smart entry-level hybrid solar inverter HYL-4000 with 2 MPPT and nominal AC output power 4kW is designed to work with a battery bank forthe total energy consumption of a complete energy system, with this entry-level hybrid solar system design, sizing calculations are usually based on the peak sun-hour figures for the darkest month of the year. Different from traditional off-grid inverters, HYL-4000 is able to power the loads with PV source and/or utility and keep battery full simultaneously, it also supports micro-grid system with separate generator input terminal and generator remote control.

Work Patterns

HYL-4000 can work under off-grid pattern through solar/utility/battery first setting or hybrid pattern through self-consumption/charge priority setting.


Battery Compatibility

HYL-4000 is compatible with low voltage Li-Ion batteries or Lead Acid batteries(Nominal voltage 51.2V/48Vdc) with advanced battery management and there is no limitation of battery quantity.


Generator Replacement

The entry-level hybrid PV system powered with HYL-4000 can be used to partially/completely replace existing diesel generator.


Parallel Extension

HYL-4000 can operate in parallel with a maximum of 10 units to achieve higher power output up to 40kW by single phase/three phase/split phase according to grid condition.


Smart Monitoring

The Huayu Portal smart monitoring platform provides real-time operating status and historical data including general data of solar power generation, discharge backup power, load consumption and electricity fed into the grid.
